I've managed retail teams my entire career, so I know from experience that all the research about the human tendency to promptly share a negative service experience with others but less urgently share a positive one is 100% accurate. So I've always tried my best to "catch" people doing great things and let others know. Well, boy did I drop the ball this time, because Chris Nance ( owner of #TitanEliteMoving ) SAVED MY LIFE weeks ago, and I am only sharing my experience today (research proves correct).He answered my facebook post asking for someone to help me change my dryer cord (which the current movers DIDN'T DO or TELL ME NEEDED TO BE DONE!) & came to my house after a day of moving, TAUGHT me how to change the cord, then REFUSED any MONEY. I revealed I still had property at my previous address and that the lease was ending in a matter of days. He said he would be there the next day (after the job they already had on the books) to get it all for me. THE NEXT DAY.There is no equivalent to this level of service, company, or work ethic. I won't use another moving company, and if I can, I'll call him for everything to give him right of first refusal. I'm just sorry I was late to share my positive experience (hashtag: human condition).

Chris and team were amazing! Showed up on time, were extremely professional and very quick. Asked plenty of questions to make sure things were packed properly, put in the correct places and verified fragile items. Very affordable for the quality of work completed. Made the moving process a breeze. Will use again when the time comes, can't recommend enough!

Titan Elite treated me like family from the start. I called other companies and they over charged in my opinion. Titan Elite moved my furniture in a timely manner and also picked up my living room furniture from the warehouse. Chris and Josh went well above the ceiling of customer service. Being a disabled veteran with a bad back the assembled my furniture free of charge. I would refer them to anyone friend, family, etc. Thanks Titan Elite for the best moving experience I've had in years.

These guys did an awesome job at moving my family from Collierville to Hernando. They were very professional and took the time to make sure all of our furniture was put back together and boxes were where they needed to go before leaving. Then I needed their expertise a second time after our move to pick up a dining room set for us and delivered it to my house and then stayed to move furniture around for us so we could have new furniture delivered the next day. They did an outstanding job. Chris, Hunter and Jeremy, you guys are awesome!! Thank you for making our move a lot easier on us.

Highly recommend! Titan Elite movers “over- deliver” excellent quality service.Chris turned disaster into success when I called him at the LAST MINUTE to help move new furniture. These gentlemen were so careful and considerate; they even unboxed, set up, cleaned up, and carried away the packing boxes. Titan Elite is professional and courteous. These guys are terrific!

Very efficient and smart crew. Quite pleasing attitude , I am sure they must be every customer’s delight!. Yes I strongly recommend Superman 💪Chris and his valiant team (Ever smiling and warm Hunter ). They did the whole day of hard work , moving two full truck loads for my friend and did not show a trace of tiredness when they came to move stuff for us in the evening . It was quite easy to call them and to schedule the move. They have a clearly documented payment terms , truly professional with the personal touch. I had the best experience with Titan Elite moving company, they are so friendly and accommodating, they will take the kitchen sink, if I asked them to. I am so impress how fast they did the job. It was very easy to book them. The very best is that they are interior decorators too, lol. They were helping me arrange the furniture so it looks good. They are the whole enchilada!!👍. I will recommend them over and over, actually they helped my friend move the same day after they were done with our move. Awesome!! Thank you very much🙏🙏🎉 11/24- a week later, I had to call Chris again to help me finish with the move. And again I was not disappointed, it was the great because we already knew what to expect however I was surprised when they helped bring boxes upstairs (that I moved)and hang clothes.. you name it. Thank you very much, please tell Hunter we missed him.

We moved from the Memphis area to Atlanta and the movers were fantastic! Chris responded to all of my calls in a timely manner and worked around a few schedule changes. I would not recommend this company to anyone moving. I had three unprofessional movers meet me at my storage unit this morning. All movers wanted to speak at the same time. I was told one rate by Chris and when the movers arrived they had another rate. I called Chris several times, he did not answer but called the movers back. This is definitely not a company I would trust. The guys were young and not professional at all.

I LOVED this team. This company is FASSST, professional, and very well priced. They are timely, genuine, thorough, and caring. I really appreciated all of their hardwork and their mindset. They also work very well together. they were recommended through family and they more than exceeded my expectation. I was very tired and nervous about moving and I was on a very tight timeline and they dove right in met the timeline, and helped me with more than I needed. Absolutely the best company to use. They got us moved to Nashville for a reasonable price and quickly! Chris and his crew were the best. No mixing of boxes with others so nothing was lost, no damaged furniture, and all very professional. 10/10 will use again.

Chris is professional and the rest of the guys are work horses. The only group that could keep up with a homeowner that’s in a hurry and needs results. Even if Hunter wears his yellow shoes!Great group, I’m an exceptionally hard person to please and I’m often let down by people who I hire. Not in this case, they put in a 16 hour day and kept it rolling with jokes and good attitude.I’ll be recommending to my network.

Outstanding Experience! Highly professional! They showed up on time and worked efficiently and with great time. I also asked to pick up a sofa since the furniture store wouldn't delivery until 5 days later. They said no problem. They picked up the sofa and within 30min brought the rest of my items to finish my move. They set up the sofa and the rest of my items without any scratches or damages. The entire move took 2:1/2 hours. They are the best service I have ever experienced! Great attitudes and personalities. Extremely friendly. Highly recommend. Nothing competes with Titan Elite!

I called them the same day of us moving and Chris was such an amazing guy to work with! He worked us in the same night, worked with my budget, and offered insurance to cover my belongings. He moved all of our stuff within two hours, and even helped us put some of our furniture back together. I will use them for any other move we do. I refer them to everyone one I know that’s looking for movers! They are the bomb!

We weren't planning on using movers to move, but we met the guys at Titan Elite while they were moving another household and the owners were so complimentary of them we decided to inquire for ourselves. The quote they gave us was half of what the other, highly rated moving company in town gave us.Not only were they able to move us with very short notice (around 2-3 days), but they did a TREMENDOUS job! They were all so nice and helpful with everything. They were zooming around my house so fast I couldn't even keep track of them. They moved some of our valuable heirloom pieces and they were very careful and wrapped those in blankets and plastic wrap.They finished the job within the timeframe that they quoted us, and we could not have been happier with our service and their professionalism. They also move individual pieces of furniture for a small, flat fee if you buy something local and need to get it home. Very happy to support this local company!

Ive moved over a dozen times in the last 25 years in the military and I must say that Chris and the crew were the most thorough and precise yet. Nothing got broken (that was a first) and they resiliently assisted me with last minute schedule changing . All my furniture was picked up and relocated flawlessly. Even though we ran into turbulence initially getting onto the military base for not being one of the larger contracted Army movers, Titan Elite demonstrated to me and my family why they truly deserved to be called "Elite". Robert, Hunter and Chris all worked diligently nonstop from start to finish. Even after I ordered and offered pizza, they finished the mission first and then ate afterwards. That to me said a lot about their work ethic and dedication to mission accomplishment which is most import to all the Soldiers that I know. Plus they were much cheaper than all the other movers we contacted. My move took a total of almost 20 hours. The army contractors normally take a week consisting of a couple of days to pack and at least 2days to load 2 x 26 ft trucks. And they worked through til 6am to help me make a suspense and ensure that my family had beds to sleep in for the night. And did it in a good mood and fun spirits. Chris you and your guys rock and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Outstanding Job and thanks for making my transition so effortless.Dewitt

I have to say that Chris was awesome. He was polite and kind. Very well spoken. His truck is huge and he has all the equipment to move anything. The move process was the best and easiest.
